These terms apply between you (the renter) and mosrental (we / us). By booking a vehicle with us you agree to be bound by them.
Confirmed bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Cancellations inside the 24-hour window may be subject to a cancellation fee shown at booking.
The rental total is charged on pickup unless noted otherwise. A refundable security deposit is held on your card and released after a clean return. Add-ons and insurance are itemised and payable at pickup.
Return the vehicle at the same fuel level recorded at pickup. If the fuel level is lower, we charge the current pump rate per litre of the missing fuel plus a refuelling service fee.
Unless an unlimited-mileage package is explicitly included, each rental includes a daily mileage allowance shown on the booking. Additional kilometres are charged at the extra-km rate shown.
You are responsible for damage to the vehicle during the rental period, up to the deductible of the selected insurance plan. Pre-existing damage is photographed and documented at pickup. New damage is reviewed by a human before any charge.
A grace period of 60 minutes is included free. Beyond that, each additional hour is charged at 1/8 of the daily rate until the full daily rate applies. Request extensions through My Booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of your rental location. Disputes should be raised with us first; small-claims procedures apply thereafter.
